Review of Sony NEX-FS700 and the way to convert AVCHD to FCP

I love camcorder, for it will help you record the most beautiful moment, and help you remenber the place you have been to. If you have a camcorder what camcorder do you own? If you want to buy a camcorder, what camcorder will you consider?
The NEX-FS700 is an E-mount Large-Single-Sensor camcorder with the back end, user interface, and lens mount of the NEX-FS100, but with an entirely new camera section sandwiched between'em. The FS700 still takes E-Mount lenses (and other lenses via adapters) and still records AVCHD clips to SDHC cards, Memory Sticks, and an optional 11-hour Flash Memory Unit, but those clips now come from a camera with ND filters, slow-motion options to 960fps, and up to 14 stops of dynamic range with highlight-friendly cine gamma rendering.
Even though the FS700 and FS100 look very similar, there are several key differences that give the FS700 an edge over last year's model as well as the competition. One of the best new features are three built-in Neutral Density (ND) filters, alleviating the need to spend money and time buying and mounting external filters. The mechanism that controls the ND filter setting is a bit fussy to get set just right, but it is still a marked improvement over external ND filters. Another nice touch is the addition of a removable handle with two accessory shoes and several 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch mounting points for other accessories. The adjustable handgrip mounting point is more secure and an XLR port is closer to the front of the camera to make it easier to connect a mounted microphone.
Video Recording Format:
HD: HD MPEG-4 AVCHD format compatible
SD: MPEG-2 PS (same as DVD)
